PRIVACY POLICY
Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 2026
This policy explains what information VPNDG processes when providing cross-border network acceleration and subscription services, why it is processed, and how users can manage it. VPNDG processes information only as needed for account verification, subscription delivery, order settlement, service maintenance, and essential analytics.
Information Collected and How It Is Used
No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. VPNDG therefore does not make an email address mandatory for account creation. The account system processes usernames, authentication credentials, subscription status, and traffic usage to identify accounts, display remaining entitlements, apply traffic reset rules, and maintain subscription services.
When an order is completed, the system stores the plan or data package type, amount, payment status, creation and completion times, and necessary transaction identifiers. These records are used to deliver subscriptions, verify payments, process refund requests, and resolve order disputes. Website visits may also generate analytics such as pages viewed, browser type, device category, referring page, and error information. This helps determine whether pages are working properly and improve the user experience.
Anonymous No-Logs Policy
VPNDG follows an anonymous no-logs policy. It does not record which websites users visit or retain browsing content, request content, or connection history that could reconstruct personal online activity. When international routes process network traffic, necessary technical information may be handled temporarily during the current communication to complete routing, control faults, and provide security protection. After the communication ends, it is not organized into personal connection logs that can be searched.
Traffic usage shown in an account is used to enforce the rules of the purchased plan and does not include destinations or browsing content. To handle abnormal requests, maintain routes, and investigate service failures, the system may retain aggregated operational information unrelated to specific browsing content. It is deleted or de-identified once the relevant maintenance purpose has been completed.
Cookies and Local Storage
The website may use cookies or browser local storage to save login status, interface language, necessary security state, and preferences selected by the user. This data maintains sessions, prevents repeated setup, and supports the user panel. It is not used to build cross-site browsing profiles.
Users can clear cookies and local storage through their browser. After clearing them, they may need to log in again and reset their preferences. Disabling storage required to maintain authentication may prevent the account panel, order process, or client download area from working properly.
Payments and Third-Party Processing
VPNDG supports Alipay, WeChat, and USDT. Payments may be processed by the relevant third-party payment services, which receive information necessary to complete the transaction under their own policies. VPNDG does not directly control third-party processing environments and does not request payment details unrelated to order settlement.
After payment is completed, VPNDG receives and stores result information used to confirm the order, such as payment status, transaction identifiers, and the corresponding amount. Before using a third-party payment service, users should also review the provider’s privacy policy.
Data Retention, Deletion, and Policy Updates
Account and subscription information is generally retained while the account remains active. Order records are kept for as long as necessary to fulfill transactions, process refunds, complete financial reconciliation, resolve disputes, or meet applicable requirements. Analytics and fault information are retained only as needed for analysis and maintenance. Once the processing purpose has been fulfilled, relevant data is deleted, aggregated, or de-identified.
Users can sign in to the user panel and submit requests to access, correct, or delete account information through the support ticket portal. To prevent unauthorized account activity, account ownership may need to be verified before a request is processed. Once a deletion request is completed, subscription services, order history access, and client downloads that depend on the account can no longer be provided. Records that must be retained for settlement, dispute resolution, or applicable requirements will be handled after the relevant obligations end.
This policy may be updated when service procedures, data processing practices, or applicable requirements change. The revised text will be published on this page, and the last-updated month at the top of the page will be changed. Significant changes to the scope of data processing will be explained through available on-site channels.
